"Very disappointing. My father sent me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. First off they didn’t arrive till almost 6 o’clock at night when he asked for morning delivery. Secondly when I got the flowers I noticed there was a goodwill sticker on the bottom of the vase for two dollars. How unprofessional! And the flowers started to die in two days. The other flowers that I received from round rock florist are still alive and vibrant. Just very disappointing overall."

"very, very disappointed with the service here. I placed an order in person when I was in town for flowers to get delivered today for Mother’s Day when I found out they were never delivered and I live 4 hours away. (No communication, no call, nothing) I tried calling the business multiple times to see what was wrong with no answer. I asked a friend to go talk to them for me since I don’t live there and they arrive and my arrangement I ordered has not even been started nor is ready. They ended up making it in a hurry and made it without the added flowers and customizations they up-charged me for. After receiving a picture of them, I called them back about it and the excuse was sorry we’ve been really busy with 40 orders today and 30 yesterday. Lady seemed to be very irritated as she was cutting me off while I was trying to express my concerns. I understand that this occasion is a busy time of the year but if you are not able to deliver or fulfill that many orders please be able to communicate and let the customer know. very unprofessional on their end."

"DON'T USE THIS FLORIST If I could give a negitive star.. I would my husband ordered roses for me for valentines... I received them a day late. When he called to complain.. They drove back to my office to repo my flowers.. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. No accountability..."

"Honestly, I do not know how these folks stay in business. I saw the previous bad reviews but decided to try anyway since they were only 2 miles from my wife's office. Tuesday morning Feb. 13 I called and asked if I could get a half dozen roses delivered on Valentine's day and was told sure. I was told the price would be $35 which seemed very high for a half dozen but I went ahead with it. Nothing was mentioned about any other fees. My card was charged $43.30. Valentine's day came and went and no flowers ever showed. I called that evening and left a voice mail with no response. Left another message at 9AM on the 15th and again no response. At 3:15 on the 15th they arrived. By this time the flowers are pretty much meaningless after the frustration of them not showing when they were supposed to. This is a terrible way to do business and I would advise you to avoid this place at all cost! Only explanation was when they told my wife that they were "overwhelmed." If you can't deliver, don't sell! I was never contacted regarding the issue."

"DO NOT order from this florist...for our mother's funeral they didn't put who the flowers from from (blank card) and the other 2 had names but no addresses. I called several times and they did not return my call twice when promised. When I called again they couldn't find and tried to give me the number of the service they use to call myself Told them I wouldn't know all the info they would ask. She found 1 address, still don't have the other or who the blank card way from!! What a mess!! Very poorly run business not to provide such vital information."
