"As a part-time resident here I must say it's a special One of a Kind situation No Doubt talk about scenery far off to the horizon beautiful situations.. it's private, very nice amenity for lot owners here.POOL hiking trails just everything just extra special. I'll have to post some pictures next time I hike over that way I go all over around here the whole lake is surrounded by trails lots of wilderness waterfall down below the dam need neat place I might add they literally give away these lots that are available on occasion somebody got a lot the other day for $100, seen them posted in the paper many sales for $1,000 a lot. Been around here since the lake filled up in the '70s it's getting quite populated but it's taking a long time still a lot of wilderness right now. Have a nice day weather's been beautiful here lately."

"What a fun place! It is like their own little community. Some of the"campers" seem to be permanent residents because they set up their spots so well. The whole area is well maintained and they even have a little store on the grounds. You have to be a resident of Lake Carroll, or one of their guests, to get a slot here. But, if you fall into that category, it is best to get your reservation far in advance because it looks like this place fills up fast."
