"The flowers looked gorgeous but the customer service was terrible. There were 3 staff present when we walked in and none of them greeted us. When we asked for help with arrangements the gentlemen with the hair and the nose ring said “we don’t do the arrangements here but if you want to pick the flowers you think would look nice we can throw something together”. Opting not to have flowers “thrown together” we went down the street to Randall’s where the selection and customer service were top notch and we got lovely flowers from a grocery store instead of a flower shop."
