"I tried delivering these to a bnb guest that had to check in an hour later than we planned. They said it would be delivered in an hour. I got a call saying it would have to wait til the morning. I said that wouldn’t work unless it gets there early before 9 am. They said they would call in the morning. I called 10 times and couldn’t get anyone. It’s now 7 pl and the delivery is ok it’s way… my guest isn’t there anymore. They won’t answer of reimburse me. Don’t use this company."

"Don’t waste your money — charged my card, delivery never arrived. When I came to the location in person to attempt and retrieve the items purchased, was told this store was “closed” and all items were just being transferred to other stores. I was told my order was voided by Kayla at the register (yet received no communication or refund). She tried contacting her manager, Colleen, who did not answer multiple calls. Was told by Kayla “I’m not sure what you want me to do, you can go to another location in person” — even though the delivery fee was paid and Kayla was the one who took the order over the phone and sent the confirmation. This store is a joke and you can’t contact anyone over the phone, it just continuously rings."

"I placed an order 3days in advance to be delivered on February 2 to my daughter in law for her birthday. It was not delivered on the 2nd or the 3rd. I left 4 messages and I never got a return call. There phone system is horrible. You can never get to a live person. They charged my credit card. I had to dispute the charge with AMEX. Do not order from this location, EVER!"

"Very disappointed in a recent holiday delivery I used them for. I ordered my arrangement a week in advance yet the delivery did not take place until after 5:00 PM after everyone had left the office. Ordering early enough had me believe they would deliver earlier in the day. Not only that, the uber driver they gave the delivery to, took over 2 hours to get the order to where it needed to go. This is unacceptable and these products are too expensive to have a miss like this."

"UPDATE: New Management Saves the Day! I was contacted by Suzie, the new store manager, this week and she is just what the store needed. She has taken it upon herself to improve the store and even correct the errors of past management. She sent my daughter a new box of strawberries, which were beautifully done and tasted wonderful! Thank you Suzie! I am very disappointed not only with the quality of the product, but also with the lack of customer service or any interest to remedy the error. I ordered the box of large chocolate dipped strawberries for my daughter on Valentine's Day, and half of the strawberries were still white, and none of them were more than halfway dipped in chocolate. I understand that is a very hectic day for them, and I tried to contact them twice via email and left a voicemail over the past week to see if they can make it right and redo the order, and have been completely ignored. I am posting a picture, so you can judge for yourselves. When you pay over $5 per strawberry, it’s reasonable to expect top quality or at least not poor quality. Buyer beware! I'm never ordering from them again."
