"Apple River Canyon State Park is a very beautiful Park, good vegetation and a couple of nice Creeks running through it. Some areas are very nice for waiting in the water and skipping rocks and a few good hiking trails."
"This is a very small state park with little going for it. The trails were very short (all are 1 mile long) and two bridges were out on one trail. The scenery is beautiful but as a destination it wore out quickly."
