"BUYER BEWARE! My partner and I placed a $100+ order this week with Floral Renaissance and it never showed up. After calling several times, we received no response or follow-up from this shop. We are still trying to contact this shop before we have to dispute this charger with our bank. We placed an order that was supposed to be received yesterday (10/11/2023). PLEASE read the reviews on Yelp before placing an order here. We only read the Google reviews and they seemed fine, however, upon reading the Yelp reviews we learned that we are not the only ones facing this issue."

"Edit Update 05/11/2021: I'm editing my original review and changing from 1 star to 4. After my initial review Mike reached out and apologized and promised to send a new arrangement today. He did and it was beautiful - basically what I had expected in the first place. I am adding a picture that shows the original arrangement sent on Mother's Day on the left (which was the best upgrade) and the one sent today on the right. Huge difference. They delivered as requested but the flower arrangement was sub-par at best. I paid for the BEST upgrade. I got an arrangement that looked like a 10 year old did it. Full of HUGE green leaves - the flowers were swallowed up. It looked like a bush with a few flowers. The flowers were already wilting. Very disappointed. Will not use again or recommend."
