"Today we spent an hour and a half searching this store for an item that shows to be in stock. In fact, there are supposedly 56 of these items in this particular store. Some individuals tried to help; most threw up their hands in quick defeat. If this were the first time this kind of thing had happened, okay, fine. But, alas, no, this was not the first time this has happened. This has happened repeatedly, indicating both inventory management and customer service deficiencies at this location. Try Home Depot instead."
