"The arrangement was never received on Valentines. I called three separate times taking over 15 minutes each to get an answer on the phone and they couldn’t give me any status on the delivery. They also have a phone service to track the delivery But it was not working on Valentines, my best guess is that it was overloaded. They were not polite on the phone just very annoyed. Finally at 6 PM I spoke to someone that said they could try to deliver the next day and I said that was fine. I asked if they could give a delivery window and they said it was from 8 AM to 7 PM. I said that I wasn’t at the same place for 11 hours on a Thursday and she said there was nothing she can do it had to be that 11 hour window. She had no idea when it would be delivered because they have so many deliveries for the day after Valentines, because so many were not delivered. She repeated herself and offered to return the money, and I said I’d rather have my money back. And now I see other reviews from customers that did not get their delivery on Valentines. Please stop taking orders if you know you cannot deliver. I saw another review that said they will use edible arrangements on Special occasions that are not holidays, but why would you give your money to accompany that gives such terrible service and does not use good practices."

"Out of town wanted to surprise my wife for Valentines day at her job, Order was made in ample time delivery never came. I get its a hard day for shops like these but if you cant handle large amounts limit the orders dont ruin the day for someone. Your better off using Door dash dont bother here, waiting for a refund."

"If 0 stars were a thing, that would be my rating. Was unable to surprise my fiancé for his birthday because if this unreliable service. Even though the order was updated as being out for delivery, he never received it. I spent the next morning calling their store constantly and they never answered. Finally i got a call back and their excuse was "we have a problem with the van" not apologetic whatsoever and cero accountability for their poor service. Never again"

"What a mess. My roses were delivered to me in a bag inside of a vase. The roses were smashed/ flatten and were not presentable. Your pictures on your website are very misleading, do better. Update: they tried to right the wrong. Unfortunately I was not at work but all of these roses were alive and able to get fixed."
