"I had a mommy and me photoshoot scheduled on good Friday 4/7/23. My photographer recommend Texas forever florals so I went ahead and put a deposit in with her. Night of the photoshoot she sends me a text at 9pm to ask what time my photoshoot was after we already discussed the dates and times.. The next morning I txt her early that morning telling her the time of the photoshoot. That afternoon I called and txt her because nothing was setup to my photoshoot and she send me a TEXT basically saying that she would just have to send my deposit back because the wholesalers were closed early and she didn't know it was good Friday. Long story short she never sent my deposit back! Thankfully I was able to dispute the charges on my credit card but she had the audacity to try and fight my dispute.... My order was never fulfilled for my photoshoot. Very bad business. Would not recommend."

"Hired for my wedding & the flowers were a big disappointment. The wrist bouquets fell apart as soon as our moms put them on and the bride & bridesmaid bouquets had old flowers & thorns so our hands were cut. My husband had to cut the thorns before we walked into the reception. Some of the flowers weren’t delivered & as of today, I’ve not received a refund. The boutonnières didn’t have pins so they were falling when the guys walked. The ceremony arrangement had many gaps & it was small for the price charged. Overall a bad experience. Would not recommend."

"Got the completely wrong order I was so happy to support a small business and get our mom some flowers ordered the southern bell that was pinks and purples and ended up with orange and yellows (my mom hates the color yellow) of course she lied and told us she liked them and I also didn’t get the wooden box or delivered at the right time she said she would make it right and never messaged me back once I asked for a refund"

I’ve reached out via email and Instagram multiple times to get in contact but I have yet to hear from someone. I’d like a refund right about now."
