"Supervisor is rude! I simply went to ask about swimming lessons, which I waited forever for a response, and then someone hands me a paper, without explaining anything to me, I told her if I can fill it out later and she starts yelling, “now! It needs to be filled out now!” Makes you wonder, if she’s talking to adult like that, how is she speaking to the kids that attend camp there and staff! when I ask for her name, so I can report her she mumbled her name I told her let me speak to her supervisor she said, “go ahead and speak to whoever you want I’m the boss here”! If she doesn’t like her job, maybe she should work somewhere else, she’s not a people person, and when I went to go ask the staff for her name they all seemed intimidated by her and didn’t want to say her name. I hope her boss reads this! I did contact the Mayor and left a voicemail to her supervisor. It only angers me because I’ve lived here all my life and I’ve never had any situation in the park districts of Berwyn. This lady needs to be trained better, or needs to find another job! I gave 1 start for the pool, very clean and the pool staff/cashier outside were nice. Inside the park district. Supervisor/staff, is rude! Except for two older ladies, that tried to help"
