"The lady was rude because. I forgot about an appointment I had for my puppies. She said she was going to charge me double for the appointment. I had told her I forgot since there isnt reminders about appointments and she rudely said "she is not a secretary. She gives the business card" on top of the grooming she gave my puppies wasnt even done properly."
