"I've been a customer for many years here. Loans and also for purchasing. I have been lied to about when my pawn is due for payment and almost lost a ring because of them. In order for me not to lose my ring I was told I could put it on layaway, ( to buy my ring back). I was given different info by different employees. I happened to go by yesterday and asked how much my payment was...I was told by one employee 38.00. Come to make my payment and I was told by another employee that I needed to pay 170.00 in two days or I'd lose my ring. Please please don't get yourself involved in any transactions with this company. I have bought TV's, jewelry, coins from this place and I will NO LONGER purchase anything from them again. The owner is Shady Shady Shady, and she has trained her employees to be the same way."

"I give this location all my business because Raul, Robert, Tanya, and their store manager Alberto are not only very professional but very friendly. I've gone to the Lee Trevino location and they were not friendly or professional. I keep coming back to this Yarborough location because I feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend this store."

"Nothing against this establishment, I’ve made purchases at the sister store on Lee Trevino. However there is something to be said when the store sells any ‘Smart’ electronics with an account still connected to the devices, thus rendering the product useless. At least other pawn shops make a notation that the device is potentially locked. Shame on these people for neglecting to inform the buyer of potential headaches with such devices. My suggestion, shop here, at this location, with caution."

The manager helped me and I couldn't be happier he was really knowledgeable on guns. I'm even surprised that they called me to let me know about a special sales day...
