"I have had Rainforest Flowers deliver me flowers once a month for some time now. I have a significant other who speaks my love language and has never been hesitant to place an order. At this point I would consider this a “monthly subscription.” Recently, one of the monthly orders was not delivered the day that it should have been delivered. It is not normal for this to occur. While the flowers themselves are a surprise to me, I do know when I am supposed to receive the flowers due to the nature of my job (place of delivery). Concerned, both myself and my partner called the shop and no answer. We kept calling and no answer which grew the concern. At this point, I figured they ran out of flowers OR something must have happened that resulted in the shop being closed. When I finally did get a hold of someone, they relayed that the shop had experienced a type of emergency among the employees that resulted in needing to close the shop for a few days. Additionally, they also informed me that they did in fact not have the particular flowers that my partner had ordered and asked if it was alright to substitute. I agreed and wasn’t charged extra or anything of that nature. Unlike entitled folks, I patiently waited for my delivery (which I finally got and loved!). I didn’t get upset, I am not writing a negative review, not demanding a refund…this is just a simple reminder that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. While I was a little disappointed that I did not get my anniversary flowers the day of our anniversary, I still love this floral shop and I am so happy to receive my monthly delivery of flowers. Most importantly, also happy to learn that everyone was ok. “See you next month” is my favorite thing to say when I get my flowers."

"We ordered a spray of flowers for a memorial recently and it needed to be arranged and delivered to the church in 3-4 hours! Karen helped us make that happen! She was very helpful and so nice! The flower spray was just beautiful! She also sent us a picture of it to make sure we were happy before they were delivered! Can’t ask for more than that. Would definitely recommend them!!"
