"UPDATE: Palm Professionals worked with us to identify new palms that would do better in our environment. They were installed quickly and seem to be acclimating well. Previous Post: Disappointed with our experience. Purchased 4 trees and was confident that with their "Guarantee" that it was a good investment. Unfortunately not. Never received any follow up care visits or the moisture / soil testing tool. Purchased expensive palm protection based on their recommendation when the colder weather was coming. When I asked about the "Guarantee" I was told it didn't cover the cold. Interesting that no one else lost tree's in my neighborhood during the same period. In the end the tree's lost all palms and will likely need to be replaced."
