"Had a terrible experience w/another online florist when trying to send a funeral spray for a family member..after 2 days of working w/the other florist, I cancelled my order & called Bloomers to see if they could help me. It was 10:30 am on the day of the service, which was at 5 pm..I explained my situation to them & they told me 'no problem, we can do this for you'..& within 2 hours, they had an absolutely BEAUTIFUL & perfect standing spray for a veteran..I had to pick it up, but that was not a problem. I will always recommend this florist to ANYONE needing flowers from now on. Very pleasant to work with & extremely kind..thank you so very much for your assistance in this time."

"Don't even read the reviews, just look at my picture of what she created on a whim. I had a loved one on deaths door step at the local hospital, and I wanted to uplift their spirit and hope. I was skeptical calling around, simply because I live half the country away. My apprehension was quailed the moment I received a pic of the finished product. I asked for a purple and lavender theme with some greens and a couple of white roses in a purple vase. What she created, was simply beautiful and majestic like the night sky in some distant galaxy. She even tied a purple dot bow around the neck of the vase. Even the nurse said "whoever ordered that has good taste", and that is an indirect compliment to the business for the elegant arrangement given minimal instructions. It was a sensible amount under a hundred bucks, and delivered in a couple of hours right to the front desk where the nurse promptly took it to the patients room. Thank you again, it means more to me than you know."

"Ordered flowers through 1-800-flowers. Purchased the XL bouquet. Recipient received flowers. Not even close to the picture. Staff stated it will never match the picture. I stated that I understand substitutions may be made but the number of flowers should match. Staff stated the store determines the value of flowers used. This made no sense comparing flower to flower. The florist did not use different flowers that were more expensive just a different color; not even, in the same color family. Very rude to argue and then to have an attitude with a customer. My friend is a florist, but not in right location for this order, never would have sent a substandard bouquet. The value excuse given was priceless. The staff member then stated I had the receipt address wrong. There are two buildings for the business right across the street from each other. What does that have to do with the arrangement issues? Just a way of trying to put an issue back on the customer...really? Ordered before from this florist, and had issues that time, as well. Needless to say, I will never shop at this florist again. If I need to send flowers to this person again, I will go to Kroger's. Kroger's did an amazing job for my mom...same price...twice the size...and vase was busting with flowers. 5 bouquets in one vase with greenery for the same price of this florist's supposed value. Will never use 1-800-flowers again either."

"Bloomer's did my flowers for my wedding and I absolutely LOVED them. I did not want anything too traditional or over the top. I was having a hard time figuring exactly what I wanted. Chelsea was wonderful and took my ramblings and tons of Pinterest photos I sent her and created exactly what I had envisioned in my mind. I HIGHLY recommend them!"
