"I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day and they give you zero idea of what time it’ll get delivered. After finally getting someone on the phone, I get informed they’ll be delivered sometime before 6pm (I called at 4:30pm). Suffice to say, my girlfriend didn’t get her flowers delivered to her while at work. The woman on the phone gave me a refund, cool, but now my girlfriend didn’t get flowers delivered to her. So now I look bad for choosing a poor florist. Don’t use them, they’ll just leave you disappointed."

They even keep a line of communication with you throughout the process and even send you pictures before the order goes out the door. If you just show them a picture of what you want or tell them a color scheme, they will put together something stunning! I’ve referred them to my friends for their weddings, and all of them have loved them, too!
