"I ordered, left messages , no one contacted me. I checked my order status my order wasn't even looked at the next day. I called so many times and was sent voicemail. They took my money tho, and no one received an arrangement."
"Well, this is the 3rd attempt at using this location. The first time went decent. They prepared the wrong order but I let it slide. The second time my order wasn't ready in time and they miss-typed the entire card. Today is valentines day. I ordered my wife's gifts and set the pickup time, but that doesn't matter because the store didn't open on time and had a line of customers waiting out front. Called corporate and their only solution is to wait and hope they open soon. This is ridiculous! An the absolute last time I'll be purchasing anything from this company. In this location has repeatedly showed a lack of care for their job, and it is evident by the bad reviews. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere with another company."

"They did a wonderful job for me. It was last minute, I put my order in online after they had closed on a Wednesday night and wanted to pick it up by 9:20 the next morning. They open at 9:00 am. It was a very stormy morning, high winds, I was meeting a client and I needed to take them something that was very special. I thought of Edible Arrangements. She called me at a few minutes before 9 am when she got to the shop and said she didn't know if she could get it done that quickly. I told her I was coming a long way to pick it up to take to a client, I could wait until 9:40, but that would be cutting close for me making it on time. She said she would do the best she could. I waited outside until she called at 9:30! She had it done!! It looked beautiful!! I truly appreciate the Edible Arrangements in Katy Texas going the extra mile to make sure I could take this beautiful gift of freshness to my clients!! Thank you!!"
"This Mother's Day I had ordered the Mother's Day Vanilla Rose bouquet and also ordered a Mother's Day balloon. I paid full price for these items and I didn't receive what I had ordered. Instead I got the basic edible arrangement bouquet. I didn't get the chocolate covered strawberries and I didn't get the heart shaped chocolate that came with it, It looked very rushed and the balloon that I got didn't say happy Mother's Day it said thinking of you. When I called all of the customer service departments no one answered and when I finally did get ahold of someone to see if I could get a refund they told me that if I had taken the order home and I said of course because what else would I have taken to my mother? The lady was really rude and told me that if I wanted my money back to bring back the items including the balloon and only then will she refund me my money. That was terrible customer service. It was not my fault that this store ran out of balloons and they were so full of orders they couldn't keep up with the demand. Not to mention when I went to pick up my order there was no organization whatsoever I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to bring me out an order that wasn't even what I paid for. If y'all couldn't keep up with the demand maybe y'all should have put a limit of orders or not even open at all. Terrible experience If I could get a partial refund for what I didn't receive then I would feel better about this"
