"Ordered my Mom the "Roses Special" $65 a total of $80 after fees, at this flower shop in Floresville. She only received 4 roses in the whole bouquet!!! Never again will I order from this shop. Its under new owners, since I grew up there. This shop used to be way more talented than this. It looks like it was just thrown together with random flowers. Very disappointing. This is supposed to be a "rose" bouquet. Update: the owner Dustin informed me that he ran out of roses and was trying to get the order out the day of. He didn't bother to call to inform me of this. He said he could've just cancelled my order in a huffy way, but he wanted to just get it out. I told him I would've rather him cancel my order than rush and give something that wasn't what I ordered. He asked me what was the issue, and I let him know I expected more than 4 roses for the cost of $80 dollars total. Than he proceeded to tell me that I only paid $65 and the rest was tax and a delivery fee. Does that not go back into his Business? He asked me what can he do to make things better. He said he couldn't do anything today due to not having the roses. We came to an agreement he would send another bouquet out the next day, so he could have the roses and make what I paid for. The second arrangement is aesthetically pleasing compared to the original. Still only 4 large roses. I paid for similar arrangements in my town, at the least 6 large roses would have been used in a rose bouquet. Why tell be he didn’t have enough roses for the original bouquet? He was huffy and rude, not very good customer service. I understand that he creates the arrangements."

"A dear family lost their mom who I have known since my childhood. There were three siblings and when I contacted Dustin, I told him I wanted to do something special for all three of the siblings because they all meant so much to me. So often, one plant or arrangement is sent to the family and they have to decide who gets what. I wanted each of them to reflect on all of our fond memories together and each have something from me. This was Dustin's creation. He doesn't just take an order. He listens to what you tell him and he creates something special each time. Thank you for making these memories special!"
