"I ordered flowers to mothers day to be delivered. My sister never recieved them. When I called they first said they couldnt get in due to gate code, then when i spoke with manager she said they never leave them at the doorstep. I ask how come I am not notified of this when ordering the flowers. She took zero responsibility. Then to top it off the flowers they we spent $160 looked like this. I will NEVER do business with them again."

"I called on May 2 @ 10:00 a.m. to place an order for flowers to be delivered to my D~I~L to be on May 3rd for her bday. I was asked where to and said Herff Elementary 604 Esperanza Blvd Boerne Tx & completed the order. The next day I assumed flowers would be delivered by noon but didn’t think about it until my son called asking if she had gotten her flowers yet. So I called florist and they tell me they’re out for delivery now. I was livid because she leaves at 2:30 so they end up calling her to figure out how/when to deliver. They never call me back, I had to reach out to them to find out! The lady, not the owner, said I never said it was for a teacher, I said no I said it was to be delivered at Herff Elem Boerne because there are 2 Herff Elem, one in San Antonio. She said well we don’t even deliver to Boerne, okay ma’am, like I know that??? My son said to be sure and tell you so I did! Besides if you place an order by 10 the day before, you’d assume a decent arrival time, not 4 in the evening!! The next day at noon, recipient text and still didn’t receive flowers. Ends up they were there! But By this time I’m beyond livid! When I call on Wednesday and visit with a few others and everyone of them said “you didn’t tell me it was for a teacher”, no I said HERFF ELEMENTARY, BOERNE, TX! After me being really ugly to the owner due to a lack of customer service skills on their end because not one time did they say they were sorry or compassionate about the order not arriving in a decent time, and also being made to feel like I was an idiot and didn’t specify for a teacher on or about the 5th time the lady said she would refund my $67 and I was very stern with her about not wanting my $67 (@this time I hadn’t seen flower arrangement which pic is in comments) I only wanted the delivery fee of $15 back! She said she was doing and never did! And the $67.17 flower arrangement had 3 freaking tulips and a Lilly with smaller flowers!! 2 pics, one from a local florist where I live in Whitney Tx for $40 vs. my $67 arrangement!!! I guess you have to be local to get decent service!!! Thanks for my delivery fee!!!"
