"Tricia- WOW! I only have great things to say about the florals at my wedding. I was shocked when I walked into the reception, it was more than I could have imagined! The huge ginger jars at the entrance, in the church, my bouquet, the table arrangements. They were are so beautiful. I can't thank her enough! We had one call over zoom and she was very warm, loved my vision, and truly hit it out of the ballpark. Florals made all the difference!! I recommend her to any future bride in the hill country area!"

"I'd like to sing the praises of Tricia and the Viridian Design Studio Team. They did an absolutely fantastic job with my wedding last year, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I "interviewed" several wedding coordinators, and their attention to detail was fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more. Our wedding went off without a hitch; my floral designs were beautiful, they worked with knowledgeable vendors (catering, etc.), and they went above and beyond my expectations. I think the two 1-Star reviews (obviously related) below are trying to drag an established local company through the mud over a small and honest email mistake. In a world where one honest mistake can be wrung out over the internet in reviews, I think we have to remember small mistakes will be made and sometimes things, and people, aren't perfect. Poor reviews also tend to come from people who like to write bad reviews regardless of if they are warranted.Tricia's attention to detail went beyond most, and I have highly recommended to friends and family since."

"Wasting a customers time is really unprofessional. Something as easy as the date of the event should be the first thing to note when engaging with a customer. Personally i would not recommend Viridian Design simply for the lack of consideration for the customer during a stressful time such as wedding planning. Another reason i would not recommend this business is fraudulent reviews. It shows a lot about the integrity of a business owner that is willing to pay off someone for writing a truthful review of their bad customer service instead of actually trying to recover for the mistake. Who knows if these 5 star reviews are truthful or someone she paid but needless to say Viridian Design will not be getting my business in the future."

"Without getting into the details, unfortunately we would not recommend Viridian for wedding floral or wedding planning. The bride's flowers and flower crown were nothing like what was requested and the wedding planner we had was not who we worked with during the planning process. She was introduced to us during the last month of planning and during our wedding day, she was not an on-the-spot problem-solver. It seems like Viridian likes to have high-budget clients, and throughout the entire process, we felt like our wedding was a low priority, and on the day of, it showed. We sent an email after the wedding outlining our issues and never received a response."
