"I ordered my wife an arrangement for our 31st Anniversary and the shop owner contacted me because once she had built it she (I repeat SHE) wasn’t happy with the outcome and offered to make a new one at no additional cost to me (ended up being higher value even!) When delivering my wife had ran an errand (unaware these were coming) and was 5-10 minutes away the delivery person was awesome and waited for my wife to arrive and take delivery (my wife of course ran home and didn’t continue on her errand knowing she was waiting for her.) They honestly went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and my wife said it was easily the most beautiful arrangement she had received! Thank you Andy’s for ensuring a beautiful gift for my wife!
