"I entrusted Millie and Marie's to ship a package from Bandera Tx to Helena MT and it arrived over a week later DAMAGED. NO bubble wrap (as requested) on a custom made wooden flag that I personally had put 20+ hours into making. Also no markings of FRAGILE on the box....as requested. Below you will see how it was packaged and the damages. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN"

"Ordered a corsage for my granddaughters prom on Tuesday to be picked up today April 15th for prom tonight. Ordered a hot pink corsage to go with her white dress with taupe lining. I told her when ordering all my granddaughters accessories were going to be hot pink, nails, jewelry etc. Picked it up just now and it has a purplish ribbon with lil purple flowers on top with white roses, which doesn't come close to her pink. If she didn't have hot pink ribbons why didn't she state this when I placed the order? Or, if she couldn't order it in time or get it in, why couldn't she have called and told me? When I asked about it not being hot pink she said that was best she had! She even tried to tell me that she asked her girls if they knew my granddaughter and if they had seen her dress, which she said they had and this would work. They do NOT know my granddaughter and have NOT seen her dress! We do not live in Bandera. What the heck! She offered to redo it in Silver, really, for a white dress? When I positively told her we wanted the hot pink to stand out. Very unprofessional. A call stating ahead of time that she couldn't do it would have been the proper thing to do, then we could have changed our color accessories to match. It's a shame because we like to use local businesses, we will certainly not be using this flower shop ever again. Very dissatisfied and very poor customer service."
