I had ordered flowers for a funeral from another florist got a call on the next day saying they had no flowers to complete my order. I decided to call Martha's at last minute to see if they could help and of course they did what they do best. I called Martha's Florals and had the absolute BEST experience. I received excellent advice based on my needs (and not the price tag), the arrangement made was GORGEOUS with special touches - going above and beyond, and they delivered it same day (which was not expected, but such a wonderful surprise). When looking online, their prices were very fair and competitive. The experience that I had was so good though that I feel I got much more than I paid for! My family member just called in the highest of spirits, so excited about the flowers and commented that her entire house is filled with the most luxurious fragrances. She also sent the attached photo. I highly recommend!! Excellent florist."

"Awful customer service. I ordered flowers for my mom. The flowers arrived two days late. The water was disgusting and had an awful smell. My mom called and they told her they would send a second arrangement to make up for the one they sent. It never arrived. My mom called back and whoever the designer is there was rude and disrespectful to my mom. She kept interrupting her. Apparently at Martha’s Florist they don’t know about customer service and that the customer is always right. Giving it one star because I have to. DON’T ever purchase flowers from here!!!"
