"I called at 3:40 (they close at 6:00) for a delivery to a friend that was ill and needed a small gesture of happiness to try to brighten up her day! I had told Jane that I completely understood if she didn't have time or couldn't get it out today but - she was WONDERFUL to work with! She let me request my friends favorite color of flowers and offered to get them out after she closed at 6:00 (and even offered for an earlier time if she could get them finished quickly). I LOVE the home town service we can get by just calling a florist. These days people want to do it online and the flowers come in a box and they are generic and nowhere near as beautiful and personal as having the florist take the time and care to get them to someone important. I'll never order flowers online again - she will get my business from this point forward! Thank you Jane!"
