"I called to see what time I could bring my dog for her first day. I needed to be on the road to STL by 7:30. I was told they don’t start taking dogs until then so she couldn’t go. The next time I tried to take my dog for her first day, I brought the shot records but because were digital and not printed , I was told she couldn’t attend. I then asked if she could print them with the printer right next to her, and she said no. Now because we were turned away, my dog has lost her spot for daycare because she missed the days needed to keep her spot. What a joke. Retire if you don’t like your busuness anymore. .i would have given zero stars if I could."

"My dogs and I love Club Paws! Every Friday morning before work, I pull out the harnesses and the beagles race me to the back door because they know it's daycare day! They have so much fun and usually sleep for at least 12 hours that night. The facility is a dream for the playful and shy pups. The amazing staff treat you and your pet like family. Can't say enough good things about this place!"
