"The initial service was impressive, but some areas of the installation and post experience fell short. My preferences were addressed upfront, but I later learned my concerns are to be expected based on my design choices. As a layperson in landscaping, I relied on Landesign's expertise. Regrettably, the overall design has resulted in significantly higher maintenance for both the front and back yard beds, contradicting my intention to minimize upkeep. It's disappointing that the company did not understand the assignment."

"Absolutely terrible communication! I had an appointment scheduled for May 4th. They texted me, on the 3rd, to confirm my appointment, then CANCELED at 9 am day of and rescheduled for two weeks later. Fast forward to my appointment today scheduled for 8 am.. no one shows up! I’ve called and texted and haven’t gotten an answer from anyone explaining why the salesman, Luke Sammelmann, is over an hour late. Complete waste of my time!"

"Had someone come to the house and consult on the 23rd of August. Was told I would have the bid within a week. I had to do 100% of the reaching out for status on bid. Never heard from this guy even once. Every time I called in, I was told the person responsible for the bid was out and was always told one more week. If this is the level of communication required from myself to just receive a bid, I’m certainly not going to risk the same horrible standards for service."

"I had my water main replaced (not by grounds guys) which left a 35’ x 4’ clay mess in my yard. Grounds guys came and helped straighten out the mess: slope, grade, gravel in some spots - topped off with seed and straw. The grass is growing well, my front yard is almost back to good as new! The quote was also very fair, lower than similar competitors. Only issue i had was getting on their schedule. Once scheduled, it was quick and easy!"
