"I would have given less if I could. My wife dropped off a pair of our son's pants to get cleaned and repaired for a trip. She went back to pick them up a few days later and they were gone. When pressed to see what they were going to do and they said they would call people tonight. As luck would have it, they did give them to the wrong customer and that person returned it. After the time, worry and effort, they still charged my wife full price. She told them she didn't think it was right and she wasn't going to pay. Their reply was "it's only $9, you pay or you don't get the pants." Customer service is apparently not in their vocabulary and there is no attention to detail. There are plenty of others in Gurnee, stay away or shopper beware."
