"I called Maple Carpet Care to have a sectional couch cleaned. They had a technician come out and complete the cleaning. That technician stacked all my cushions together and they never dried. I have called maple Carpet Care back twice (they promise 100% satisfaction) and they said the technician is no longer responding and they have to find a new one (this is 5 days after the botched cleaning and 3 days after the initial phone call). They said it will be another week before anyone can come out. I have had to initiate each phone call with them to get things fixed. So far, I've had a poor experience with Maple Carpet Care. If they actually make things right, as they said they will, I'm happy to update my review, but so far all that's happened is I've paid them to give me a wet smelly couch. Other useful info: As of 3/3/22, just to show up you have to pay $39 and they won't give you an actual quote until they see what it is."

"I've used Maple Carpet Care on two occasions. They did a meticulous job with cleaning the carpets at very realistic prices. They also used a black light to locate the stains and were able to remove all of them. My carpets look and smell great now. I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend them!!"
