"I had some old gold coins (not going to lie, was hoping for a windfall!) that I was taking around for evaluation and possible sale. Chose this shop as 1 of 3 because of their affiliations with professional organizations, convenient location, family business and reviews. I was assisted by both Josh and Ralph. They answered my questions, explained their appraisal process, appeared to genuinely look for ways to give me a maximum buying price and were basically just nice. I also learned that they sold lots of things that I like (particularly watches!) and that they considered the time we spent to now make me eligible for “someone we’ve done business with” pricing. I’ll be back to shop for sure and they’ll be my first stop if I come into any assets in the future."
