"I have bought numerous items from numerous locations mostly high end watches and sports signed jerseys. I bought a Tissot watch from this location a year and half no problem until I took it in for a new battery my watch guy told me it was a fake. I called Carmen over two weeks ago and they never contacted me back to resolve the issue after she promised they would give me store credit. Bottomline I will never go back as a customer they are selling fake watches just like the one they sold me at Broadway a fake movado it was returned with no issue I must say. Stay away not worth your time buy new these people are not professionals in knowing what is real or fake."

"I done business with this place for a long time since when they had the other location on Damen and North Ave but over the year's people I've built a relationship with left the company than they got worse over time I been a loyal customer and now they spit in my face with pitiful loans with items I had in with them already for fair prices and now they triple down my values and they would rob you I had a 55inch xbr Bravia smart tv that's a thousand dollar TV and only wanting to give me $60 and they also over price their sale items in the store.
