"I went to the store to view the jewelry that they had I waited there for about 20 minutes before anybody asked me if I needed any help I've been to the shop before and they've usually pretty good about helping me and I've also purchased a lot of jewelry from the store as well the girl that helped me absolutely did not know what she was talking about I asked her if she had any rings that had lab-grown diamonds in it she then replied no Oliver jewelry is real with real diamonds and real gold I then explained to her that lab grown diamonds are real diamonds she then explained to me about how much training she's had on jewelry and about how wrong I was she had an attitude the entire time one that was more argumentative than welcoming in sales like is she then told me we go to classes and stuff like that to get our education on what real diamonds and lab real diamonds the differences of between them and then I told her that there is no difference between a labrum diamond and a regular Diamond they are both real diamonds one is just created in a lap she's then argued with me even more saying oh well we got a machine that tells us if it's a lab grown diamond or if it's a regular diamond and then I looked at her and I was like well they're both real diamonds how would the machine know the differences between the two since you've had so much classes and education on diamonds she then just kept on repeating herself over and over and then she threw me out of the store and said well we're closing anyways goodbye I don't see how you let anybody work behind a jewelry counter who doesn't know the difference of the jewelry saying that they've been to classes and kept on repeating that they have a machine to tell her so and I asked her well how does the machine know and she goes with the machine just knows it knows it knows I fire her in an instant she doesn't know what she's doing she's not good at retail she sucks at sales somebody needs to get rid of her thank you"

It wasn't exactly busy but transactions can take some time, as expected with any customer service. They always checked in with the waiting customers.
