"My family had purchased flowers for me for my milestone birthday. The day that they were delivered the flowers were dropping and barely holding up. On the second day the hydrangeas were dead. By another day or two all of the flowers had died. This company sent no flower food or anything . We informed them of the issue immediately and Amir agreed to send a replacement but asked my sister to put more money down for the delivery to take place. My sister refused as the issue was for them to compensate for the poor condition of the flowers. It was agreed that the bouquet would be redelivered on Saturday January 20th by 12pm because they don’t offer refunds. The driver never arrived nor did the flowers. I waited until 1pm. I never received my arrangement as promised, my family spent over $100 for this arrangement to arrive in the dying state that it was in. Please choose a company that stands behind their product and word. All they had to do was redeliver. That’s it! Avoid this situation. The first photo was the day of the delivery and the other photos are is 2-3 days later. I’ve purchased flowers from the grocery store that lasted 2 weeks!!! This is why floral stores are closing from horrible customer service."
