"Called last minute for a same day delivery, literally two and a half hours before they closed. The owner was very gracious and delivered a beautiful birthday bouquet with extra care! Price was excellent, delivery fee was very inexpensive, will definitely chose this floral shop again!"

"This was my first time ordering from Flowers of Paradise. I picked this place just because I didn’t want to pay $30+ for flowers to be delivered from Chicago to Elmwood. I placed an order on 7/21 at 4:30pm. I called right after to ask around what time the following day would my flowers be delivered. There was no answer. Later that NIGHT(8:54pm) I got an email answering my question and asking for the rest of my credit card info (which if I wouldn’t have seen, my flowers wouldn’t have been delivered) . They mentioned that I would receive a confirmation of when my flowers would be delivered. The day of delivery, I called the place around 3-4 times and no one answered. I also put a written note on the website and no responded. Let me reiterate that they had already charged my credit card but I never received a confirmation of the delivery. I was upset because I didn’t know anything about the order. Also, my note that I typed was handwritten on a card. I saw the writing and it was VERY difficult to read. I wish that they 1. They had better customer service and would be able to communicate in a better/timely way and 2. That the notes were typed or nicely handwritten. Honestly, I expected more from this location. I am very hesitant about ordering here again since it’s very hard to get a hold of them."

From the attentiveness to the caring and kindness that was displayed by this wonderful florist, I would highly recommend getting your flower arrangements here. "I love this place. It is already a week from the day we've got flowers from this store and they still look fantastic! Owner was really nice and helpful he showed us all his flowers and the way they will look :) We had limited time, but bouquet was great! Moreover! Bouquet was made depending on the money we were ready to spend. It wasn't a sample, so we chose the flowers and colors.. and got what we wanted. Thank you for your help!"
