"I rushed to mail a register letter at 6:50 pm, which is before they closed. Was turned away and told the system goes down at 6:45 pm. If the system is down 15 minutes before closing, why state you are opened until 7 pm. In addition the clerk closed and left the store at 6:57 as I was typing this review. Just sad!!!! Poor customer service"

"Don't expect any form of customer service or correct information. Asked for the employees name or the manager name he just said "no" then he cursed at us. Idiot working there. Avoid at all costs. Don't know how they stay open. Ive also reported them to DHL."

"I would not trust these guys with anything! I went here about a year ago. I needed to send out some expensive photography lighting equipment. The only reason I came in was because I needed them wrapped properly and put in a proper box. The value of these items was well over 2K and all they had to do was prepare it and have UPS pick it up. They charged me $25 to do this for one box. I dropped everything off and stressed that it needed to go out right away. They said that it would be picked up the following day. Meanwhile as I am dropping off my equipment they are unloading a "storage locker" they just bought and thinking about selling that equipment. Really confused me when I saw that. Anyways I needed the equipment for work and a few days go by and I check the tracking number and nothing has changed. I give it a week and still nothing. I then decide to swing by and see what the heck is going on - apparently my box was just sitting there in plain sight. I asked why it had not shipped. Got no legitimate answer - very nonchalant about the whole situation. I grabbed the box and drove it to the UPS store myself. Never again will I have them ship anything."
