"VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have used Happy Pools in the past and have been happy. Their response time is terrible, and they no- show often. This was the last time I will use them or refer them! I called them very frantic as I had drained my pool rather than continue to throw money and chemicals into it to have it ready for a party. When I started refilling the pool the liner became detached from the side wall of the pool. Cruz was able to come out the next day and "reinstall" it. 18 hours later only 1 foot of water had been added to the pool, but the area around my pool was flooded! There was a hole in the liner that no one saw upon "reinstallation" When I called about it again they said they would come out and patch it. They came out 2 days later, even though they said they would be out the next day, to patch it and told me I needed a new liner, a patch would not work. Cruz told me that he would get back to me with pricing and schedule to get it taken care of, it is a week later and I have not heard from anyone. Luckily I was able to find someone else to help me and inform me that anyone in the pool business would know that you cannot completely drain a pool and refill it. I did research and found that he was correct. The liner shrinks and becomes brittle, you always have to leave some water at the bottom in order to "reinstall" a liner or refill within 15 minutes so as to not have this happen. Why would they not have told me this in the first place? Maybe because I am a single mom, frantic to have my pool up for a party and looked like easy money?? I am in real estate and have been referring Happy Pools to all of our clients that have pools, that won't happen anymore. They thought they saw a single mom that doesn't know any better and charged me for work they knew would not hold up and then ghosted me. I DO know better and don't want this to happen to anyone else."

"Opening my pool this year was met with a few challenges. One was a cracked skimmer housing. After trying to find every possible way to DIY this problem and being completely stressed out, I called Cruz. He was knowledgeable on the phone, requested some pictures and called me back and advised that he could have a team out the next morning to fix the issue. They were prompt and definitely knew what they were doing. The issue was resolved in under 30 minutes. Now to fill the pool and fingers crossed for no leaks! I will definitely call this company for any future needs."

"Came in confident and sounding knowledgeable... "repaired" and closed a brand in install. 5 months later new pool exploded. He came back rude and angry and pretending he didnt "repair" anything. Complete waist of money. He then intentionally broke it more to make it look like an rodent did it -trying to convince me that insurance would cover it but they didn't. Complete waist of money on him and thousands on a pool we no longer had. Hiring him was the worse choice I could have made. It has taken me a bit to write this review but I get upset every time I see a pool or pay the monthly finance bill for a pool I don't even have. No so happy pool"

"This is my first time having Happy Pools and Spa. I just picked them from Google. I am very happy with their service. Cruz answered my calls/texts in a timely manner which was very appreciated. I have an above ground pool with a sand filter. My pool was very dirty. Green carpet of rotten debri and algea. They got my pool ready to swim in 2 days. The team I met were great. Friendly, patient, and gave me advice. I think these guys went above and beyond. This is the first company I've had who was on time, fair priced, and did the job right. They know what they're doing. They will be helping me with maintaining the pool. Haven't had the first upkeep yet, but I am looking forward to their service. I would recommend Happy Pools and Spa."
