"I got charged over 80.00 dollars on my credit card. It said it was swiped. I did not order or come in and buy anything. My card was with me at the time and I have never been to your state. "I ordered a flower arrangement for my employer's wife who just had a surgical procedure. I advised Marcela I wanted all yellow flowers, as they are her favorite, with hints of hot pink roses or another flower, in support of breast cancer awareness. Though the arrangement is beautiful, it is not what I requested. There are a total of 5 yellow flowers throughout the arrangement, and the pink roses are the wrong hue. I can appreciate the accommodation for next day delivery. I requested a photo of the arrangement before they went out because I read in another review that she did this for them, and didn't get one. Paying for the purchase was easy but perfecting the order proved difficult. I felt rushed and a bit bothered by Marcela's manner. She was cold and uninterested in understanding the emotion that I wanted to relay with my gift. I couldn't share all the sentiments I wanted as there was a language barrier. I kept it simple at "get well soon" but I don't know if that was relayed because, again, I didn't receive photos of what I was sending. I would not recommend this flower shop to my friends and family."
