Among The Wildflowers

"Horrible experience! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her 85th birthday from Among the Wildflowers. Since I do not live anywhere near the rehab center she is currently at, I selected this florist by its reviews and its proximity to the rehab center. I placed my order on Mar 20 for a delivery date of Mar 25. I received a confirmation email with an order number and details confirming the item I ordered and the delivery date. When I called my mom on her birthday, she stated she had not received any delivery. I then checked with the rehab center which confirmed they had not received a delivery for her. I then tried calling the florist, but they were closed. An automated message said I could leave a voicemail. However, the mailbox was full so no message could be left. I then tried calling multiple times today. Each time I called I received the same automated message and was unable to reach anyone or leave a message because the mailbox was still full. I don't know who was more disappointed - my mother for receiving nothing on her birthday or me in trusting Among the Wildflowers with this special occasion."
