"The person I sent the arrangement to hasn't even received it yet. I called this AM to get an estimated delivery time and the owner wasn't even aware of the order. She stated " I wish I would have known earlier I have an event right now. They will be delivered around 1pm its now 1:25 and I called her to get an update and she said " who is this for I stated the persons name and she rudely said it gone now I don't know who took it but its gone. They will get it. 1. how are you not aware of the online orders? 2. why treat your customers with rudeness? My order was over $100 and she was supper rude. NEVER AGAIN"

"Called to see if we could set up a time to come in and talk to her about our wedding in 10 months. She tells us she "doesn't need to see us." We need to wait because she is busy and she wont give us pricing because we dont need to plan this early. She then goes on to tell us that she wont even provide an idea on pricing because that's not what she does. Her attitude was by far the worst customer service I've ever heard and after reading the reviews sounds like her pricing is out of control too. Would not even recommend giving this place a shot."
