"This place sucks. Always having the doors locked and only allowing 2 people at time is ridiculous. There so scared of their own neighborhood and don't care about customers overly waiting outside to be taken care of."

"I chose one star because it recommended to post my review. I been dealing with Cash America Pawn for well over 20 years. This particular location are very rude and disrespectful. 1st off I let my sister pawn my purses because of her financial situation. My purses are worth well over $2,500.00 didn’t give her near for what the purses worth. My sister went out of town for a family emergency, just one day after her payment was due. The staff themselves bought my purses for under $100.00 each… Needless to say, myself was such a fool to go into there 4 days ago to buy my son a tablet to watch YouTube on..unfortunately, for me the tablet belonged to Enterprise rental company. So therefore, I tried to return the item today! Only to get an exchange. The rep Adam told me that I should’ve bought a warranty. Not to mention that neither of them are good listeners.. Thereafter, I asked for a manager Jewel also there was another lady there with earrings and red hair don’t recall her name. They informed me that I will be charged a restock fee and that I will have to pay the difference for a new tablet.. 1st of all why would I have to pay additional for something that doesn’t work.. I only decided to go here in the 1st place out of convenience! I wouldn’t never step another foot in this place again. So if you want to go to a friendly and caring Pawnshop I recommend EZ Pawn located on 26th and Pulaski Rd"

"I got over charge after I told the manager lady about it I still got charged $10 more this is crazy how they treated me but am never buying anything there again and tell everyone I know about it I got a small refrigerator the girl didnt get the right price she Made me pay $10 more the what the prices was i told them about and the manager didnt Fix it I don't have money to give away the owner need to do something about this because You are losing customers"

"They go on EBay and offer you what the STARTING BID is. Not the going price then they’ll give you attitude. They’re selling speakers that cost 100 dollars a speaker for 128.00 each. Over the value of them being brand new. I thought Cash America was a chain and had a system for these things. The piece i was selling is valued at 400.00 new and 200.00 used everywhere. The accurate way of pricing would be to check the recently sold. Starting bids are set by the person selling and end up selling for way more. This place is getting over on buyers and sellers. Beware and stay away. They do shady business."
