"Be sure you write, “no substitutions” in instructions because the basket and flower choices they made for my order were not even close to the photo on their website. They also don’t bother to tell you that your order was delivered, nor did they call me to tell me they did not have the item pictured on their website. He told me it was a timing issue. If he called me, we could have worked on delivery timing. I wasn’t given that option. I asked if they even had the basket I ordered and he said no and started blaming the pandemic. If you don’t have the product and haven’t been able to get it, any good business would say, “out of stock”. I WILL NOT use this florist again."
