Garland Flowers

"I'm at a loss of words, this is a first. I had made an order that was not confirmed because it wasn't delivered. I called the shop and was told "we spoke with her and she said she would get them" I got a different story, so basically they got my money, didn't deliver the flowers and didn't call me back for any instructions just in case. I had to do my own follow to learn that I have been"had" and a "oh well sir, that's your lost""
