"Order flowers for funeral 3 days before service, told them the hours of service. They didn’t show up with the flowers when I called they stated that they were running late would be there in 5 minutes and they would take the delivery charge off. They showed up 1 hour later in the middle of the service and left it with the office, very poor business practice and customer service , so customers please beware if you use them that this may happen to you"

"Flower arrangement was lovely, unfortunately the customer service experience received was not. I phoned in to place the order over the phone to confirm they would in fact have all the flowers pictured in the photo and ask some sizing questions as far as the florals and chocolate box I wished to order. The woman who was helping me made me feel as though I was an inconvenience as she stated multiple times she had other callers on hold and was very busy. Fast forward the day of the delivery I phoned to confirm the flowers in the arrangement since she said she wouldn’t know if they had all of them that far in advance….. She then again told me she couldn’t answer my question because the flowers were in the cooler and she had 2 other customers on hold and really had to “get the ball rolling” I felt this was very disrespectful as I too was a paying customer. I never once said that I couldn’t hold. If she was that busy she could have placed me on hold as well and got back to me after assisting others. With that being said, I will not be a returning customer."

"My husband and I have used Flower Fantasy in the past and have never been disappointed. I had an idea in my head what kind of floral arrangement I wanted at my grandfathers wake and Joanne executed it perfectly! All the guest kept talking about how beautiful the arrangement was. We have always dealt with Joanne and she truly is awesome at what she does!"

"I have only amazing things to say about Flower Fantasy- I called with a last-minute, time sensitive order and they came through with gusto! It was an important order marking a milestone so I called again later in the day to ensure delivery, and they couldn't have been nicer about it. Special thanks to Steve, who not only double checked the order, but also called me back to assure me he personally delivered them. He even went so far as to ask me if I needed anything taken off the price, which I absolutely did not!
