"A decent professional pool store that that has all the essentials for both in-ground and above ground pools. It should be noted that the employees are great at the Bloomingdale location and go above and beyond to help you. They will analyze your water while you browse and shop. They’ll give you a computerized printout of your complete water chemistry. What’s more they will interpret the results to you in detail in such a professional manner as to never talk down if you don’t know something or if you have questions regarding some results and how to adequately address the issue. It should also be noted that they’ll help you keep your pool sparkling clear while not selling you something you don’t need. They are also very fair on returns if the product you bought doesn’t work with your setup or work as intended . Great Place! I would have given 5 stars if they had just a little more parts in stock for little things that need replaced over time without replacing a while Unit. Again, very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff. Even on holidays when they’re swamped, they always take the time needed to help you. They will even load your car."

"Do you know when you walk into a place and you just know that they couldn't care less if you're there? That's the feeling I've gotten every time I go to this store, well, I did but won't go there anymore. They may be knowledgeable but it doesn't make up for their poor customer service and the feeling you get that you're just wasting their time."

"I took water from my pool to be tested over lunch one day. Their location is difficult to find. The google map shows them about 1/2 mile east of their actual location. When I did find them, the store looks nice on the outside. Inside it is very cluttered. They did test my water and I had a brief chat with the service advisor. I typically go to their location in Palatine and find that store more well laid out, cared for, and the associates seem to be more knowledgeable."

"I'd give this place 3.5 stars. We went here to order a custom pool cover. We spent a couple weeks in and out trying to get the order and proper measurements in. Finally the day we went in to sign. Spent over 3 hrs standing there, no chairs or office. Only one cashier so the lines backed up and ppl left. The cashier was ok, tried hard but never seemed to work on a order like this before. I had time to browse, decent place for pool supplies and free water testing. The fun pool toys supplies were low though, I'd come back if you had more. The new girl cute tho."
