"On Friday I placed an order with this company for a floral arrangement. The first picture is what I purchased from this location. The gentleman did inform me the he had the flowers not pink rose. So I told him he could you use white roses. The flower arrangement was delivered. But I did not get what I paid for. The second picture is what I was sent. This is very poor service, cheaper flowers no adjustment to payment. Not even excuse me. Then to have the gentleman rise his voice and talk over me, without a good explanation. Please check your flower orders, there not honest about what they delivery. Just a fyi this location has removed my pictures and will not display there error."

This is the only florist I would go to and highly recommend them to anyone looking to share the joy they can provide."

"Ardmore Florist will always have a special place in my heart. Decades ago in elementary school, I stopped in to get my mom some flowers for Mother’s Day. I was a few dollars short (8 year old allowance) for the plant I asked about. While looking for something else, the owner handed me the plant I couldn’t afford, said it was “on sale for me”, let me pay what I had, and sent me on my way. I try to stop in whenever I can-all of their arrangements and plants have always been beautiful and last for weeks! My dog recently passed and I wanted to buy myself some pretty flowers, so I stopped in. When the owner realized what they were for, she offered me very kind condolences. And when I came back to pick up my order, it was even bigger than the one I had chosen, and she pointed to a card in the arrangement and said it was something extra for me. When I got home and opened the card, she had written the sweetest pet loss poem, signed with a paw print. Always going above and beyond and it is very much noticed and appreciated-thank you so very much for your kindness. And most importantly for the review, they were beautiful flowers that lasted nearly a month!"

"As a business owner, I have had many occasions to purchase flowers around the country. I always buy from a florist that is near the destination. It’s funny, that until about 10 years ago, I didn’t think about Ardmore. Locally my business was using a florist with a very large Chicago footprint. Until, one day, our son purchased flowers for my wife. We were impressed compared to other arrangements we had received or ordered from other establishments. Then when I found the price he had paid compared to flowers I had just purchased in person and took to a hospital, my decision was made. I decided to only use Ardmore whenever possible."

"I was looking online for a Florida themed arrangement for dear friends brother's funeral, I just took a chance and called after 5pm, Edie answered on her way out the door, and took so much time with me to make this what I was hoping for, she went beyond my expectations. There were so many gorgeous arrangements at the funeral, and many were from Ardmore Florist, but many people were hoping to take this one home; my dear friend is still enjoying the beautiful arrangement.
