"At first I was very pleased with the staff. Until it turned into doing any business outside of selling or getting a loan. They will tell you whatever you want to hear about layaway and loans until you get them. One the receipt prints it says different thing from what the rep said, like no mention of restocking even when asked, all money paid comes as store credit if cancelled. These are just some of the lies by the staff"

"This place is absolutely horrible. The customer service was terrible. I bought a TV from here and the tv broke before I can get it to my place i these guys didn’t wrap the TV for me or nothing and the remote to the TV was over damage I just waste my money at this place I’m definitely on to get a lawyer n sue this company the worst pawn shop I ever experience pawn shop like this do not need to be in business. I broke my TV and they just looking at me. I was very embarrassed. You guys will be seeing my lawyer"
