"The hours for this place are awful. Can’t take your kid to open swim unless it’s at night and it’s only 3 days a week. Why spend the money to put in the equipment if it’s never going to get used. This place needs a better hours for children."

"Update: I am happy that someone listens to the reviews and actually doing something about it... Yesterday we went and the water was great, I saw kids have actually have fun and learn instead of just shivering, teachers looked happy instead of just freezing and parents had a blast as well... Keep it up Romeoville !! Moving review to 4* if it continues will get 5. I'm pretty torn on this place as much as I'm trying to like it cause it's clean and staff if friendly, the water is just COLD... I have my child signed up for the swimming lessons, but half of the time of those lessons, my child is shivering, I just don't think this is productive, ambient temperature of the place got a little better after talking to the manager, after doing some research online I found that for competitive pools temperature should be up to 82F (this is not a competitive pool) and for commercial pools should be anywhere between 82-84F unfortunately this pool today was standing at 80F.... I spoke to other parents who are also not thrilled at the state of the pool atm... hopefully, staff takes some pointers and makes some simple adjustments..."

"Disrespectful front desk. Bad customer service. Racial profiling. First time being in the Romeoville Aquatic Center and greeted by a very unprofessional customer service. Will not return, and will not recommend to friends and family. Had bad taste in our mouth. As a family we have been to many Aquatic center and never been treated like we are nobody and everytime we move, we are being followed like we are criminals. We all paid the entrance fee and its not our responsibility to count and put wristband to our guest. Also in addition the pool is very cold and floor is very slipery."

"I was disappointed with the aquatic center's front desk customer service. The girls staff seemed to be no experience with people. Improvements in training and customer service protocols are necessary for a more positive experience. No place to seat for adults, rules should be posted so guests are not upset when advising them. Addressing these issues promptly and implementing better communication practices would greatly enhance the overall customer experience at the aquatic center. 1 star for cleanliness, will not go back will inform My colleague, family friends not to come here."

"Participated in the first Water Aerobics class today and it was fabulous!!!. I am an avid water aerobics participant and this new Center is amazing. The facility is so beautiful and the amenities are first class. I met wonderful new friends today and can't wait for class on Wednesday. Check out Water Aerobics at the Romeoville Aquatic Center. The instructor is experienced and makes the workout worth your time and loads of fun. You won't be disappointed."
