"I would highly recommend Mt Prospect Flowers to ask my friends and family. We recently had my father's funeral and worked with Ewa, the owner to pick the casket spray floral arrangement, the kids and grandkids standing spray floral arrangements. They were stunning and although it's not for a happy occasion, it livened up the room. In fact many of the arrangements were from Mt. Prospect Flowers. The flowers lasted through both the wake and the funeral. We even took some of the flowers with and made our own arrangements out of them at home. I was referred to Mt Prospect Flowers by a few people but was honestly reluctant due to some of the reviews. However, after voicing this to the owner, she mentioned she's got 50+ floral arrangements she's working on for the weekend and showed me a few she had just finished in the back which put us at ease. I believe based on what I experienced, there is no better flower shop offering more than reasonable prices near Arlington Heights. Thank you too Ewa and the team for doing such a wonderful job."

"I also wish I could give negative stars! I placed an order through Teleflora back in August for my Grandma. It was approaching my Grandpa’s birthday, the first birthday since he passed last year. Not only were the flowers old, but it was an awkward arrangement. I could have gotten a $10 bouquet from the grocery store and arranged them better myself. Several family members sent me pictures in the days following because they were so bad! Reading other reviews I can at least say they were delivered!! I did receive a partial refund but I would gladly have paid full price for my Grandma to have the beautiful bouquet she deserved."
