"We used AHF for our wedding. Sang made us feel very special and even met with me for a final consult the Sunday (after hours) before our wedding. In total, we met 4 times. However, wedding day was a nightmare. We had a delivery time of 2:0O for a 4:00 ceremony. We called them at 2:15, 2:50, and 3:00, which was when my maid of honor asked what she was going to do if the flowers didn’t show up and an employee replied “murder me?”. The flowers were delivered at 3:30. They were not at all as we agreed, and we were missing ALL of our centerpieces and 2 boutonnières. Another phone call and finally centerpieces were delivered.. while our guests were seated. Our flowers I dreamed of wilted before they arrived and were completely dead before the end of the night. We needed to add fake flowers into my bouquet for it to be presentable. When my parents came in to talk to Sang the next day he said he was overwhelmed by a homecoming that day- we had been planning with him for at least 8 months. We have been compensated *Some* for our “inconvenience” but I- as the bride- have yet to hear from Sang. If you would like to book him for a Homecoming event- I highly recommend him… you will be top priority."
