The owner told me not to worry about it and the arrangement would be available the next day. They were absolutely gorgeous. As I was walking into the venue, complete strangers stopped and told me how beautiful the arrangement was and the wives were very pleased."

"I retired from the USMC this weekend and needed a bouquet for my wife, which I failed to preorder. I found Buss though a simple Google search. When I arrived, the shop was actually locked and there were 3-4 people waiting outside. Being somewhat pressed for time I almost left for a tiger shop, but then Buss opened. I went inside and found quite a line, so I figured it had to be a good place if people were willing to wait for it to open and then wait in line. After awaiting my turn, it ended up being the Owner Jan who helped me. After explaining what I was looking for, Jan was able to assemble an exceptional bouquet that far exceeded my expectations. I had never seen someone assemble a bouquet before either, so that was really neat to watch, definitely an art form! Jan then went on the throughly explain the care for the flowers up until and after the presentation. I was incredibly happy I did not leave and go somewhere else, and I highly recommend Buss to anyone who is looking for flowers! Thanks again. The photo simply don’t does not do the Bouquet Justice."

"Buss Flower Shop was recommended to me for my wedding. I met with the owner on two separate occasions for 2+ hours. We talked about my vision and budget. My budget was on the smaller side, however, flowers were very important for me at my wedding, which the owner said she understood. All I can say is how disappointed I was...things were promised and not delivered. The week leading up to my wedding, she said if I wanted what I had requested she needed an additional $1,000. I'm very disappointed with the organization, lack of respect towards my wedding party at the venue and everything involved. I feel bad leaving a horrible review, however, go somewhere that is organized and can give you what they promised."

"My boys can't be in town for Mothers Day and sent flowers. The next day they were all wilted and looked terrible. I called they were nice and said they would send new ones. THEN called back and said "bring them back to us we are too busy to bring you new ones". They told me to soak them in hot water to make them look better. REALLY?? SERIOUSLY worst customer service. Wish there were negative stars. Here is a picture the NEXT morning - sunflowers all 3 wilting, tulips all wilted over and both hydrangeas turning brown and wilting. Bummer something my boys did to be wonderful resulted in a terrible flower shop being selected. Pick a different place so this one is not "too busy to help""
