"Website doesn't function properly. Paid extra for large bouquet and paid extra for card to be sent. No card was sent with order. Flowers sent are not even the size of the small shown on their website.... Would not refund for card that wasn't even sent nor partial refund for CLEARLY smaller bouquet than shown. Proposed resolution was taking flowers back and giving new ones or refunding money... Their idea of a resolution is taking flowers back from someone who's dad died. Not the reasonable solution of payment only for goods delivered. Horrible service, would not recommend."

"I have used this place in the past and seemed okay. Girlfriends birthday so, I ordered Flowers, stuffed animal, balloons and a birthday card. The flowers were wilted, not fresh at all and was about half in size of what I ordered. Stuffed animal had metal chips or something all over it. Was suppose to be just stuffed bear. Got some sort of cat. The whole package was wet from delivery. When I called up about these issues, of course, all I got was an attitude from the woman on the other side of the phone. I sent a picture of the flowers and the woman asked, which flowers are wilted? Doesn't mention the size, doesn't mention that the flowers do not look fresh. Asked me which flowers were wilted like she was acting as if I was making this up. Check the pictures below. I could have went to Jewel and got better flowers and customer service."
